● Before you put
your baby into the tub, fill it with two inches of water

Have everything you'll need - soap, washcloth. shampoo, towel
and robe - close at hand

To prevent scalding, install an antiscald device on your water
heater, which will keep the water temperature set below 120° F

Never leave your baby unattended, not even for a second. A baby
can drown in less than two inches of water

Drain the tub after you remove the baby. The sounds and sight of
an open drain may frighten him

Make sure that there's a bath mat or floor covering if water
